- Eligibility for Returns
Returns or exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
- The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- The request is made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items returned after the 24-hour window.
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
- Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for size issues or wrong items sent, subject to stock availability.
- Customers may exchange an item once.
- If the desired replacement is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be offered.
- Refund Policy
- Refunds are only issued for defective or incorrect items.
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5–7 working days, depending on the payment provider.
- Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part.
- Leyca Collections is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
